Lowender Peran (Festival of the Celts): This colourful festival, which takes place each October in Perranporth, Cornwall, brings together dancers and musicians from all the Celtic nations and includes "Concerts, Ceilis, Dance Displays, Workshops, Pipers, Celtic Craft Market, Street Dancing, Costumed Pageant, Theatre, Story Telling, Dialect, Cornish Language."
